1. Application & Certification
Tutors apply and must complete a mandatory certification program. Tutees complete a diagnostic to identify precise areas for growth.
2. Strategic Pairing
The program coordinator reviews all data to form strategic pairings based on academic needs and demonstrated strengths, ensuring a strong foundation for success.
3. Execution & Growth
Partners engage in structured 45-minute sessions. Tutors build leadership and communication, while tutees gain measurable academic mastery and confidence.
